    • Products fail to meet the agreed specifications or quality standards.

    • Orders are cancelled before dispatch (subject to administrative deductions).

3. Refund Types

  • Full Refunds: Granted when the product is returned unused, in original packaging, and verified as defective or incorrect.

  • Partial Refunds: May apply if:

    • Only part of the shipment is affected.

    • Products are returned with minor usage or without original packaging.

    • Administrative or shipping costs are non-recoverable.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Products are damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.

  • Refund requests are made after the 7-day window.

  • Products are customized, perishable, or restricted items.

  • Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or courier issues.

5. Refund Process

  • Customers must email support@vindhya1.com with order details, proof of payment, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).

  • Our team will review the request within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or wire transfer).

6. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Vindhya1.com.

  • For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Bulk Orders & Samples

  • Samples: Refunds are limited to product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Bulk Orders: Refunds are subject to inspection and may be partial depending on the proportion of affected goods. Insurance claims (if applicable) will be processed separately.

8. Payment Condition

  • Refunds are only applicable to orders where 100% payment (including shipping charges) has been received in our designated bank account.

9. Policy Updates
