Our manufacturing facility includes hand wash stations, shoe sanitizers, and body shower areas at the main entrances of the processing zones, along with automated hand sanitizers throughout the area that meet food safety. Our facility features dedicated storage areas and processing lines to effectively manage allergen. Additionally, our validated and robotic changeover cleaning system prevents cross-contamination of allergens.

Integrated Pest Management

Our integrated pest management system effectively manages pest occurrences throughout our food supply chain. We implement fumigation for spice raw materials before they enter our facility and utilize trend monitoring tools to uphold our pest management protocols. Additionally, organic spice raw are treated with carbon dioxide during cocoon fumigation.

Trust, but confirm! Our supply chain is fortified with essential measures to ensure food safety. Our dedicated laboratories and expert team perform analyses on raw materials to check for physical contaminants and active ingredients. Finished product evaluations include visual, physical, and sensory attributes, along with assessments for allergens, contaminants, and microbiological and chemical factors. The feedback from our global customers and our internal benchmarking tools inspire us to continually enhance food safety and quality standards.

Application and delivery

Our advanced production facilities in Mirzapur enable us provide a range of stable and dust-free delivery. Depending on the intended use, these formats include gran powders, fat-encapsulated beadlets, water-soluble granules, tinct, or infused oils. Each format is completely dust-free and shelf-stable. We also offer customization options to enhance stability, bioavailability, and ease of handling.

Analytics

Our comprehensive in-house laboratory conducts daily analyses on Vindhya's products as well as third-party items. This analytical proficiency guarantees the quality standards of our offerings and provides traceability for our customers. We also specialize in the characterization and quantification of botanicals in both pure products and feed. Furthermore, we perform stability analyses to confirm that our products remain stable under specific manufacturing and storage conditions.
