Shipping Policy

General Informations

1. Order Processing

  • Samples & Small Orders: Processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Bulk Orders: Processing time varies depending on product type, packaging, and export documentation. Customers will be notified of expected dispatch timelines.

  • Payment Condition: Shipping and processing for any agreed order (samples or bulk) will commence only after receiving 100% of the order value plus shipping charges in our designated bank account.

  • Orders are dispatched from Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

For samples and small parcels, we ship via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days; for bulk export orders, shipments are arranged through air freight or sea freight combined with local courier services, with delivery typically ranging between 20–50 business days depending on destination and clearance; and for urgent consignments, express air courier services are available, ensuring delivery within 8–15 business days, subject to customs and logistical conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Samples: Charges calculated based on weight, volume, and destination country.

  • Bulk Orders: Freight charges are quoted separately after order confirmation, based on container size, incoterms (FOB/CIF/DDP), and destination port.

  • Customers receive a final shipping cost breakdown before payment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Vindhya1.com provides complete export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to facilitate clearance.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Samples & Small Orders: Tracking number provided via email once dispatched.

  • Bulk Orders: Customers receive shipment details including Bill of Lading/Airway Bill number for tracking through freight forwarders.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier/freight forwarder. Refunds or replacements will be processed once confirmed.

7. Restrictions

  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations before placing orders.

8. Special Notes for Bulk Buyers

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply for certain products.

  • Consolidated shipping is available for buyers ordering multiple product categories.

  • Insurance for bulk shipments is strongly recommended and can be arranged upon request.
